Floriade 2012 Canberra
Vogue Pergolas are back again as a Proud Supplier to Floriade in 2012- "A Feast for the Senses".
Take in Australia's celebration of spring as the aromas waft from the garden beds and beyond, from
the 15th of September until the 14th of October
Floriade is Australia's biggest celebration of spring. This iconic Canberra event runs for 30 days over the months of September and October.
It showcases one million flowers in bloom, set in Canberra's Commonwealth Park and entry is free. We welcome over 400,000 local, interstate and international visitors each year to Canberra's spring festival.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of Floriade and we will celebrate this with a photographic installation throughout the park. The photographs have been selected from a competition where Australians were asked to submit an image representing each year that Floriade has been in existence. Look out for the 24 images as you wander through Floriade this year.
